Per-attendee SKO costs vary substantially by city tier. Tier-1 European MICE cities (London, Paris, Amsterdam, Zurich) typically run meaningfully higher than tier-2 (Lisbon, Madrid, Berlin, Vienna) and tier-3 (Porto, Krakow, Sofia).
