Essential is free forever, no credit card. You get a basic hotel profile with up to 5 photos, the ability to receive and respond to unlimited RFPs from European MICE planners, real-time notifications when an RFP matches you, and the ability to assign incoming RFPs to a team-member. You do not get competitor tracking, winning bid data, search-visibility boost, or analytics — those live on Pro and above.
